THE HOST: - I'm a programmer at Texas Tech University.
               - I like music of most sorts, but particularly like jazz, folk,
and older rock and roll. I'll listen to, and enjoy just about
               anything though.
               - I love to eat, especially foods from other countries.
               Fortunately, I'm fairly skinny.
               - I'm hoping to buy a house at some point in the near future,
and so may have more/better accomodations available.
OTHER: - If you have more than a few people, let me know. I might be
able to arrange accomodations with friends.
               - Lubbock is a city of approximately 200,000 people located about
300 miles west of Dallas/Fort Worth.
               It is generally flat, without
too many trees. It is called the 'Hub City', because it is fairly
centrally located and is within driving distance of Dallas/Fort
Worth, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Austin, and so forth. Lubbock is in
the middle of cotton farming country, has several wineries,
and is the birthplace of Buddy Holly.
