     THE HOST: Stanley is an assistant professor in the Department of
               Geography and International Studies. His academic
               interests are East Asia with an emphasis on China
               (especially Xinjiang, China), economic development,
               tourism, and international trade.
               Simone is a doctoral student at Indiana University's
               School of Library and Information Science in Bloomington,
               Indiana. Her academic interests are information
               technology and scholarly communication.
               We both enjoy travel, reading, cooking, movies,
               and walks in the country.
